1. How do I place an online order?
a).Choose the products you would like to purchase, add the items to your cart.
b).Click the Checkout button.
c).Confirm your delivery information, make sure your billing adress matches the shipping adress. Then you can continue to checkout.
d).You can confirm your payment information and choose your payment method. Enter your redemption code if you have any.
e).Review the order information before submitting. You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching.
f).Then u will receive a confirmation email about the order.
2. How long will it take to deliver?
The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 4 to 6 working days. The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Standard shipping time takes approximately 5 to 7 working days, while expedite shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 working days.

4.What if the items I order have faulty?
Firstly,you should keep us informed as sons as possible if your products have problems. If it indeed is our fault,we will refund your charge. However, if is caused by the objective reasons, we are sorry, we can't be responsible for that.
5.How can I know whether my products have been deliveried?
Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery.
